- Can I install my COREtec floor myself? Yes. Our rigid planks and tiles allow for “Floating Installation” over many existing floors, and the Angle-Tap installation is suitable for the average DIY installer. Click here for installation instructions.
- How do I clean my COREtec floor? Simply sweep or run a dry dust mop over it to get up the dirt, dust and grit. Avoid treated dust mops as they may leave a residue behind which can dull your floor over time. For a more thorough clean, you'll want a ph neutral cleaner, so nothing with a floor polish or detergent in it. We recommend Encore Care for Luxury Vinyl Flooring. Follow label instructions. Always pre-vacuum or dust mop before any type of wet cleaning. Do not use vacuums with rotating beater bars on hard surfaces. Stay away from steam mops, as the heat can cause the vinyl layer to curl up and peel off. Avoid using mop and shine products. For more information click here!

Refund Policy
Once your item is returned in its original unopened package, carton or container within 14 days of receipt, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price minus the actual non-promotional shipping costs of the original shipment, any return shipping charges, and a 25% restock fee.
IssisHome.com processes refunds right away after receiving the return. You can expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks after shipping your item back to us. One of the members of our staff will be in touch with you either by phone or email with the details of your refund. Refunds shall be issued in the same form of payment as that used to make your purchase.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If the item has been opened or shows signs of soil, damage, or wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges for both original shipping and return costs.
Shipping Charges and Restock Fees: IssisHome.com shall cover the return shipping charges and restock fees under the following conditions:
- Defective merchandise received
- Merchandise damaged in transit
- Incorrect shipment received due to our error
- If you decide to return your purchase for a full refund, you will be responsible to pay the actual non-promotional shipping costs of the original shipment, any return shipping charges, and a 20% restock fee.

We at Floormosa.com are always willing to do anything to satisfy a customer. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Floormosa.com, the following terms and conditions apply to proceeding with a return.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA). Customers must contact Floormosa.com at 888-365-1755 to obtain a Return Authorization Number within 14 days of receiving the order. 14 days after the date of delivery, the order is considered closed and a return cannot be authorized.
Items must be returned in new and unused condition. Credit will not be issued for any opened merchandise.
NOTE: We can accept a return on four cartons or more. Floormosa.com cannot authorize a return on less than four cartons of any flooring.
Bulk Items: Product must be returned in the original container with all individual items unopened.
